Melanie Kidd
Occupational Therapist

Melanie graduated from Curtin University of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2017. Melanie is originally from Bunbury and has joined the Specialised Hand Therapy team in the South West, treating in both the Busselton and Bunbury clinics. She has experience in the public hospital, hand therapy, community and paediatric settings of occupational therapy. Melanie is an Accredited Hand Therapist as awarded by the AHTA (Australian Hand Therapy Association) and is a member of the South West Hand Interest Group. She has completed a variety of courses including Orthosis Fabrication for Mobilisation, Fundamentals of Hand Therapy, Advanced Open Trauma and Neuroanatomy. Melanie has a special interest in tendon repairs and current treatment trends in the hand therapy area.
