Evelyn Della Franca
Occupational Therapist

Evelyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) with First Class Honours from Curtin University in 2019. Evelyn became interested in hand and upper limb rehabilitation during her university studies and final university practicum in a private hand therapy practice.

Evelyn worked in vocational rehabilitation in the South West as a new graduate assisting injured workers return to work. During this time, Evelyn gained invaluable exposure to the workers compensation system in Western Australia and various treating parties throughout the region. Evelyn’s passion for working closely with clients to regain function and independence in what is meaningful to them led her to pursue a clinical role.

Evelyn has been working in hand therapy in the South West since late 2021. She joined the Specialised Hand Therapy Services team in mid 2025. Evelyn enjoys the dynamic nature of hand therapy and the unique blend of both science and creativity – particularly custom splinting.

Evelyn regularly participates in continuing professional development and is currently an Associated Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association. Evelyn is working towards achieving her Accredited Hand Therapist credential.
